Processing

Each input is automatically and efficiently processed into its defined destination tables and is thereafter shown in all designated Folders

If defined to do so, each input is additionally updated into a superset table which features data from other inputs

Each defined input field can be mapped to an associated field in the superset table

Key fields can be designated as the identifier of the common record in the superset table, eg Client number

The action of combining achieves results which reflect the reconciliation of each input with the other inputs

Any data inconsistancies (ie conflicting input field values after normalisation and standardisation) are automatically highlighted in exception Folders. Such fields can be ranked to automatically assign a consistant result

Superset and exception tables can be used for export or in any folder.

There is no need to be involved in database design, the database and its schema is automatically maintained according to inputs and defined mappings
