Folders are presented in a hierarchical structure, bespoke to each User's access rights.
Upon selecting a Folder the User is presented with the set of data applicable for the specific business need.
Each folder is effectively a recorded query against the database, and it can use any specific selection criteria to govern the results.
A generic and simple search option allows Folders to be searched for any data value.
Data in each folder is presented in a 'grid' and can be exported into spreadsheet if required, and/or mailed to designated users at scheduled times.
Folders can be created and adapted by end-users with appropriate authority and little training.
There is no limit to the number of folders that can be created.
