Each User is given access to specific folders and if relevant a Manager. A Manager can view the available folders for a designated set of Users and adjust access rights/reset passwords for each of the Users.

Each user is assigned a Role which governs the options a user may have. E.g. ability to Input data, amend other users, see other users. Etc.
