Use Case: To set-up reconcilliation of 2 files or more files:
- Step 1:
- Login and import a file (eg spreadsheet) of data
- and within minutes:
- Configure folders which show different subsets of the input data, eg those with missing data
- Setup workflow actions to enrich/move data between queues
- Make this available to any authorised user globaly
- Step 2:
- Import 2nd file of data
- and within minutes:
- Relate any common fields on the new data to earlier file
- Tell the system the common index field
- Reload
- and within minutes:
- View folders which show combined data and any records with conflicting values
- View folders which show records that are not in both
- and depending on results...
- Add conversion rules to translate field values to common formats
- (dates and amounts are automatically standardised)

- Update each source with missing records, & rerun cycle periodically to prove complete
- Setup exports to update source system from 1View and then use 1View as the 'master'
- Step 3:
- Import 3rd file of data and repeat step 2,
- Using the folders, monitor the transaction life-cycle and exceptions
